Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room, while spacious, was falsely advertised as a quadruple room with makeshift beds. On the bright side, it was equipped with a TV, plenty of towels, and a hairdryer, although lacking a fridge and toiletries. The classical design added a nice touch, but there were some shortcomings in the service and dining options.
The hotel had small rooms but was fine for our needs, although they were not as described in the photos, very noisy in the morning due to proximity to the breakfast room, and the staff was rude and asked for money for minor things. On the positive side, the location was perfect, quiet and away from crowds, with excellent dining options nearby.
The hotel had beautifully decorated quirky rooms that were a nice size but shared the wall with the entrance, giving a cozy feeling. However, the rooms were very dirty, with worn-out towels and sheets, holes in the walls, chewing gum on the curtains, and a bathroom door without a lock.
The hotel's room didn't match the one in the picture, but it had a fridge and looked very nice. However, it was small and may not accommodate all guests. We ended up eating in our room on the last day as we had to leave early.
The hotel has a classical design, but the rooms were small, not very clean, and noisy due to constant traffic, especially from garbage trucks. The service was a mix of being very helpful and friendly, but also lacking attention to details like informing about unavailable facilities without proposing alternatives. The location was close to the city center, offering safety and quietness, but there were issues with cleanliness and fixtures in some areas. The dining options were extremely minimal, not meeting the expectations of a full breakfast experience.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The room was clean, tidy, and had a quirky touch, albeit being right next to the reception with windows at street level. The hotel staff were not only already in the hotel but also very helpful throughout my visit.
The hotel's rooms were beautifully painted but appeared old and rotten, not quite matching the online pictures. The service was lacking, with thin walls and poor breakfast quality. However, the location was convenient for public transport and away from the noisy party areas. The dining options were basic but featured fresh products.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were massive and airy, but the bathroom being outside of the room was a bit inconvenient. The 2% discount was a nice touch, but the actual look of the room differed from the photos.
The hotel offers big and comfortable rooms at the front, with a really nice ambiance. The service is perfect, kind, and very helpful for everyone. The location is good for Wenceslas Square, close to public transport yet far enough from the busy old town, providing a peaceful retreat. The dining options could be more varied, but it's a life-saver for early mornings. Overall, a budget-friendly stay with a close metro stop and a touch of old-time charm.
The charming hotel offers beautifully decorated rooms with a fairy-tale-like design, but navigating them without a lift can be a bit challenging. The service is cool and provides good privacy, with a slight inconvenience for rooms downstairs. The location is ideal, close to public transport and Wenceslas Square, yet far enough from the busy old town for a peaceful stay. The dining options, while modest, include a variety of salami, bread, and cereals, but the breakfast itself may not be satisfactory. Despite some minor drawbacks, the hotel offers a comfortable and private experience at a reasonable price.
